TRANSIT TIMES

The transit times provided here and at checkout are estimates provided to us by the relevant couriers and delivery companies. No delivery option is guaranteed although over 98% of deliveries happen on or before the guide provided. International delivery timelines are based on deliveries to major destinations, do not include time in Customs and are provided as a guide only. Transit times can vary depending on the size and content of the parcel, the origin and destination locations within each country and public holidays.

Within NZ - you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. (if sourced from NZ supplier) Worldwide supplier expect delivery within 5-21 days business days)

Rest of the World - you should receive your order within 5-21 business days.

Items that are sourced internationally and shipped to our customers in New Zealand - you should receive your order within 5-21 business days.

There are no rush orders for International deliveries. We are not held responsible for any issues or delays in International customs.

There may also be circumstances beyond our carrier's control which affect transit times, such as adverse weather conditions.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get import duty, local taxes or customs fees when they arrive in your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

We ship from trusted suppliers within New Zealand and directly from Worldwide suppliers.

DO YOU HAVE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK?

  • We have products on hand from our suppliers in New Zealand (depending on stock available from our suppliers)
  • We physically stock some items but it is limited
  • We offer "direct to customer" products from suppliers internationally
  • Products sourced internationally is sent directly from the wholesaler to your door. We do not touch these products. We source and order products at discounted prices so you get the lowest price.

FAILED DELIVERY / LOST ITEMS?

It is very important that you supply us with the correct address and postcode! SEDONA MOONRISE, unfortunately, cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses being supplied. What you enter at checkout is what goes on the label so please be careful! Please check your order confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Unfortunately, once the item is dispatched we will be unable to make any changes. If you are having your order delivered to a work address the business name must be supplied.
